The Workplace
Based in the inner suburbs, you will work from a modern office alongside a dedicated team that develops, supports, and markets an innovative pharmacy management application. You will collaborate with software development, application support, and administration staff in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Role
As an integral member of the team, your primary responsibility will be maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts. You will drive sales, monitor customer satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of company sales goals. This role may require occasional domestic and regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships through regular communication, product presentations, solution proposals, and sharing product updates.
- Target new customers by delivering engaging product presentations and proposals.
- Keep an eye on competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and external partners.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and management teams to share best practices and contribute to company-wide goals.
- Continuously develop your skills by attending relevant training and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in software application support or training.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations or support.
