This MSP Help Desk and IT Support role revolves around a consistent customer service experience. The number one goal for everyone in this team is to make clients exceptionally happy. You will be a key member of a service delivery team using your IT skills and technical knowledge to understand and resolve customer enquiries.

OUR CLIENT:

You’ll join a fast growing Bairnsdale based MSP, working for local founders in a locally owned service provider.  

YOUR ROLE:

This is a clear IT Support role, you will handle first level support requests ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and that clients are informed of what to expect every step of the way. You will handle all incoming requests, escalating to others in your team as needed.


YOU WILL BE:

  • A ‘hands on’ troubleshooter who loves solving technical problems

  • A helping hand to teamates and clients.


YOU WILL NEED:

  • A technical background with some previous experience working in a technical service desk role
  • A basic understanding of contemporary commercial IT technologies including cloud-based services, networking, and mainstream business applications
  • Experience with service support and ticketing systems
  • Experience using RMM tools and PSA software
  • Understanding of most of these apps/technologies:
    – Microsoft Operating Systems, Applications and Office 365 Administration
    – Basic Networking and VoIP technology
    – Azure
    – MS Teams
    – 3CX
    – Watchguard / Fortinet /Meraki
  • Previous experience working with IT hardware including troubleshooting peripherals, printers, photocopiers and shredders
  • Industry based certifications and training.
