The Level 2 Support Engineer role revolves around a consistent customer service experience. You will be highly customer focused willing to take ownership of client issues and do what it takes to achieve the best resolutions.

OUR CLIENT:

You’ll join a well-established IT services provider. They provide contemporary Managed and Professional Services to an extensive and growing customer base.


YOUR ROLE:

This is a clear Level 2 Engineer role. You will work with a successful and growing Service Delivery team to provide proactive support to clients. 


YOU WILL NEED:

  • A technical background with some previous experience working in an IT service desk role, preferably with an MSP.
  • An understanding of service support and ticketing systems.
  • Experience in contemporary commercial IT technologies including cloud-based services, networking, and mainstream business applications.
  • Industry based certifications and training.
     

YOUR KNOWLEDGE:
You will have some understanding of these technologies:

  • Office 365 Admin
  • Azure
  • Veeam
  • MS Teams
  • 3CX
  • Networking
  • Watchguard / Fortinet / Meraki
  • Ticketing and Documentation Applications
  • RMM
