The Role:
As a key member of our team you will manage technical accounts, delivering innovative solutions and high-quality support. This role requires a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, as you will oversee escalations, onsite work, and project delivery. 

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing technical accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
• Providing expert IT support and troubleshooting for escalated issues
• Advising clients on IT strategy and best practices
• Working with sales to scope, onboard, and support new clients
• Documenting project scope, solutions, and client interactions
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Your background:
To excel in this role, you will already have significant experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, strong organisational skills, a solid IT background, and a passion for delivering high-quality managed services.

In addition, you will have:

• Experience with a broad range of IT systems and programs, including firewalls, Microsoft platforms, and virtual environments
• Prior experience in a pre-sales role, including scoping and delivering project solutions, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with ticketing/documentation systems such as ConnectWise or IT Glue
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-site client environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
